Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a GWD Cycle Counter to maintain accurate counts of in-house inventory and support production workflow. The role emphasizes cycle-time compliance, count accuracy, and safe, organized work practices across the facility.

The successful candidate will perform regular physical counts, update the computer system, and communicate shortages. A High School diploma or GED and basic math/computer skills are required, with attention to detail and adaptability for potential shift

The cycle counter is responsible for maintaining an accurate count on all in-house inventory.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform work within takt/cycle time
• Physically count components and parts to correlate with in-house inventory
• Adhere to all safety requirements in the work area
• Practice 5S
• Inform proper personnel of material shortage
• Update transactions in computer system
• Able to react to change effectively and handle other tasks as assigned, including working other shifts as needed.

• Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds
