NFI Industries is seeking a Cycle Counter to perform regular inventory cycle counts and compare results with system data. You will research discrepancies, communicate findings to the inventory team, and maintain accurate records while adhering to procedures.

The role requires forklift experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently. Lifting up to 50 lbs and occasional extended hours may be required.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience operating a forklift.
• MS Office experience; strong oral and written communication.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
• Able to work independently.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to lift and/or pull 50 lbs.
• Ability to work irregular or extended hours including weekends/holidays as needed by the customer.
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods.

Overview

TheCycle Counter position is responsible for continuous cycle counts of inventory in a timely manner while on feet. The Cycle Counter researches for all data available to resolve discrepancies and adheres to proper inventory control and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical inventory count and compare results with system data
• Research discrepancies between physical and system count
• Communicate cycle count finding to those responsible for inventory
• Adheres to the cycle counting procedures and guidelines
• Maintains inventory count records and data files
• Investigates origin of discrepancies
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• At least 2 year experience in similar position
• Must have experience operating a forklift
• Computer applications experience using MS OfficeExcellent oral and written communications skills
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to work independently
• High school education or equivalent
• Must be able to follow policies and safety procedures
• Must be able to lift and/or pull 50 lbs without restriction
• Performs duties as instructed by management
• Ability and availability to work irregular or extended hours including weekends and potentially holidays as needed by the customer
• Must be able to stand and walk for continuous periods of time
