Job summary

NFI Industries in Fogelsville, PA is seeking a Cycle Counter responsible for ongoing inventory cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies. You will perform counts on the floor, compare results to system data, and ensure accuracy in inventory records.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a similar role, forklift experience, proficient in MS Office, and strong written and oral communication. You must be able to stand and lift up to 50 lbs, work independently, and be available for irregular

Overview

TheCycle Counter position is responsible for continuous cycle counts of inventory in a timely manner while on feet. The Cycle Counter researches for all data available to resolve discrepancies and adheres to proper inventory control and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical inventory count and compare results with system data
• Research discrepancies between physical and system count
• Communicate cycle count finding to those responsible for inventory
• Adheres to the cycle counting procedures and guidelines
• Maintains inventory count records and data files
• Investigates origin of discrepancies
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Computer applications experience using MS Office
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to work independently
• High school education or equivalent
• Must be able to follow policies and safety procedures

• Performs duties as instructed by management
• Ability and availability to work irregular or extended hours including weekends and potentially holidays as needed by the customer
• Must be able to stand and walk for continuous periods of time
