Job summary

supply-chain in Fort Worth, Texas, is seeking an Inventory Clerk to count and verify stock, ensuring orders are complete and on time. This on-site role requires accuracy and attention to detail, with flexibility to work overtime and weekends.

You will count inbound and outbound goods, check for damage, verify labeling and codes, and help resolve inventory discrepancies. Training on warehouse equipment such as Cherry Picker and Reach Truck will be provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred.
• 6 months warehousing/material handling experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Count inventory accurately for inbound and outbound freight.
• Ensure the quantity, quality, labeling, and addressing of orders matches customer specs.
• Research inventory location problems and resolve errors.
• Research shipping errors and validate; check for product recalls.
• Assist with lift operator-related tasks as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Role Purpose:

Responsible for the periodic and accurate counting of inventory to help control errors and will ensure that customer orders are on time and complete

Key Accountabilities:

• Responsible for the accurate checking or counting of all product for both inbound and outbound freight and for ensuring all product is free of damage and infestation and production code dates are properly recorded.
• Ensure the quantity, quality, labeling, and addressing of orders corresponds to customer specifications and/or other requirements.
• Research all inventory location problems (mystery pallets, inventory errors, etc.).
• Research shipping errors and complete validation. Check for product recalls.
• Responsible for any areas (including inbounds, picking, outbounds, etc.) requiring additional lift operator-related task assistance.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
• 6 months warehousing/material handling experience, preferred
