Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring for a Cycle Counter role. The position focuses on accurate cycle counts and inventory control to ensure timely order fulfillment.

The role requires experience with Order Picker, Reach Truck, and Dock Stocker, plus familiarity with WMS systems. The job offers third shift hours (3rd shift: Sun–Thu 10p–6a) with pay of $20.50 per hour plus $1 shift diff and $1.50 surge pay, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience operating Order Picker, Reach Truck and Dock Stocker.
• Minimum 6 months experience in Inventory Control including cycle count and reporting discrepancies.
• 6 months experience with a WMS or similar systems (e.g., SAP, JDA, Red Prairie, Blue Yonder).
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Count and verify inventory to maintain accuracy for inbound/outbound processes.
• Ensure orders match customer specifications and are complete.
• Research inventory location problems and resolve discrepancies.
• Handle shipping errors and participate in inventory control tasks as needed.

• -REQUIRED: A MINIMUM of 1 years’ experience operating Order Picker, Reach Truck and Dock Stocker.
• -REQUIRED: A MINIMUM of 6 months’ experience in Inventory Control to include: Cycle Count, reporting inventory discrepancies, receiving inventory, monitoring inventory levels.
• At least 6 month’s experience with a WMS (Warehouse Management System) or similar systems such as JDA, Red Prairie, Blue Yonder, SAP, etc.

Role Purpose

Responsible for the periodic and accurate counting of inventory to help control errors and will ensure that customer orders are on time and complete

Key Accountabilities

• Responsible for the accurate checking or counting of all product for both inbound and outbound freight and for ensuring all product is free of damage and infestation and production code dates are properly recorded.
• Ensure the quantity, quality, labeling, and addressing of orders corresponds to customer specifications and/or other requirements.
• Research all inventory location problems (mystery pallets, inventory errors, etc.).
• Research shipping errors and complete validation. Check for product recalls.
• Responsible for any areas (including inbounds, picking, outbounds, etc.) requiring additional lift operator-related task assistance.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
• 6 months warehousing/material handling experience, preferred
