Job summary

ALCOM LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join our Florida warehouse. You will perform daily cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, monitor safety stock, and support forklift operations as needed.

With 1+ year in inventory control and familiarity with Excel/Outlook, you will help sustain accurate inventory, drive process improvements, and contribute to a safe, efficient workplace at our DeLand facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year in inventory control or cycle counting.
• MRP system experience preferred (but not required).
• Forklift certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, implementing corrective actions to prevent future issues.
• Monitor safety stock and material consumption using reporting tools.
• Recommend process improvements to boost efficiency in material handling and storage.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and production area.
• Assist with forklift operations or stockroom duties as needed.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
