Job summary

FMH Conveyors, part of the Duravant family, seeks an Inventory Coordinator to manage cycle counts and ensure accurate inventory records. You will identify root causes of discrepancies and drive improvements across warehouse, production, and purchasing operations.

Responsibilities include posting cycle counts, coordinating with Purchasing on RMAs, and maintaining documentation for all inventory adjustments. This manufacturing role emphasizes safety and accuracy in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associates preferred.
• Experience in inventory control/warehouse environment preferred (2 years).
• Experience with ERP systems preferred (1 year).

Responsibilities

• Prepare for daily cycle counts and determine items to be counted.
• Enter and post cycle counts into inventory records.
• Identify discrepancies and investigate root causes.
• Suggest process improvements based on root-cause analysis.
• Work with Purchasing to process supplier RMAs promptly.
• Maintain accurate inventory adjustment documentation.
• Reconcile inventory with accounting and production teams.
• Analyze negative on-hand quantities and correct records.
• Assist with inventory control reporting and corrective actions.
• Maintain safe, organized work environment.
