Job summary

Compass Point Federal (Compass Point) is seeking a seasoned Cyberspace Operations Analyst to support Army Cyberspace Operations at Fort Gordon, Georgia. The role requires extensive knowledge of Cyberspace doctrine and coordinating with Army proponents and Joint staff to develop timely solutions.

Qualified candidates will hold a Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and a relevant technical Bachelor's degree, plus 3+ years of experience in requirements and capability development.

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems Management, Networking, Telecommunications Management, or related technical field from an accredited college or university
• 3+ years’ experience with requirements, capability development documentation and approval processes.
• Knowledge of Army and Joint requirements processes (e.g., JCIDS).
• Knowledge of Joint and service Cyberspace Operations organizations and their functions.
• Knowledge of Army/Joint Cyberspace Operations doctrine and related Army/Joint policies.
• Possess at least one of the following certifications: CEH, GPEN, OCSP, CISSP or CISM, DCWF cyber roles.
• Ability to edit documents for correct grammar and formatting; intermediate automation software experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level expertise in Cyberspace strategies and policies for Army cyberspace operations.
• Support development, coordination, and implementation of Cyberspace capabilities.
• Coordinate with Army proponents, units, and Joint Staff to address Cyber requirements.
• Participate in working groups, reviews, and staff analyses.
• Assist CAPDEV in integrating Cyberspace capabilities across DOTMLPF-P.
