Job summary

Precision Focus Training and Consulting seeks a Cyberspace Joint Operations Planner in the Fort Meade area to drive the integration of cyber capabilities into Combatant Commander planning efforts.

You will lead Joint Planning Groups, develop CONOPs, and manage high-stakes planning with TS/SCI clearance. This role requires independent work and deep JOPP/JOPES/APEX expertise to support strategic operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Joint Operation Planner with JOPP/JOPES/APEX expertise.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree plus JPME II (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead JPGs and integrate cyber capabilities into operational plans.
• Coordinate through IJSTO, SAP procedures, and RAPCO.
• Build CONOPs, contingency plans, and orders for combat operations.

We’re hiring a Cyberspace Joint Operations Planner to lead the integration of critical cyber capabilities for Combatant Commander planning efforts!

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the Strategy: Drive Joint Planning Groups (JPGs) and OPG/OPTs to integrate offensive/defensive cyber capabilities into operational plans.
• Master Complex Workflows: Coordinate through IJSTO, SAP procedures, and RAPCO.
• Operate Independently: Build CONOPs, contingency plans, and orders from the ground up to support combat and contingency operations.

Key Qualifications:

• 10+ Years of experience as a Joint Operation Planner (deep expertise in JOPP, JOPES, APEX).
• Security Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph (Active).
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree + JPME II (or JIOPC / equivalent military planning course).
• Core Strengths: Threat analysis, strategic communication, and advanced operational design.
