Position Details:

• Position: Cyberspace Joint Operation Planner II
• Location: Fort Meade, MD
• Office: J53
• Clearance Required: TS/SCI; willingness to take CI polygraph
• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Certification: Joint Professional Military Education Phase II (JPME II) or JIOPC Certification
• Experience: 5+ years as a Joint Operation Planner with knowledge of JPP, JOPES, and APEX planning formats

Job Description:

• Support national defense and military capability development and employment.
• Analyze information, develop and test options, write plans and orders, and assess organizational progress to support cyberspace objectives.
• Participate in all planning functions, from translating strategic guidance to plan development and assessments.
• Contribute to the development and coordination of campaign, support, and contingency plans, ensuring cyberspace operations are integrated with all relevant annexes and appendices.
• Coordinate DoD requirements, targets, and priorities into planning, participating in joint operation contingency and crisis planning as a member of JPGs and OPTs.
• Identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, processes, and capabilities related to cyberspace security and threat mitigation.
