Job Description

As part of our Cyber & Intelligence team, you will help shape the future of national security by designing and coordinating exercises that unify cyberspace operations, integrate cyber expertise, and elevate strategic readiness across the DoD. Your work will be fast‑paced, mission‑critical, and deeply rewarding.

Responsibilities
  • Design and coordinate medium to large scale military exercises.
  • Write training objectives, develop scenarios, and assess exercise performance.
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate drill and exercise programs related to cyberspace operations.
  • Develop, schedule, and assist in preparing, administering, and executing all levels of exercise training.
  • Conduct in‑depth research on specific exercise operations, lessons learned, and newly developed TTPs used in the development of Master Scenario Events List (MSEL) or simulation control injects that accurately replicate the operating environment.
  • Develop requirements for exercise events.
  • Identify and track observations and lessons learned from training and exercise events across the Joint Force for resolution.
  • Serve as subject‑matter expert and manage planning, organizing, and coordinating of drill and exercise programs related to cyberspace operations in joint exercises.
  • Contribute to exercise design and planning by preparing and disseminating products such as exercise plans, controller/evaluator handbooks, MSEL, player briefings, After Action Reports/Corrective Action Plans, etc.
  • Develop exercise products including meeting notes, mock injects, exercise scripts, after‑action reports, POA&Ms, recommendations, and planning documents.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 0 years experience with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or a High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years relevant experience.
  • Active TS/SCI/Polygraph clearance.
Preferred Requirements
  • Experience in planning medium to large scale military exercises.
  • Experience writing training objectives, scenario development, and exercise performance assessments.
  • Experience planning, organizing, and coordinating drill and exercise programs related to cyberspace operations.
  • Experience developing, scheduling, and assisting in preparing, administering, and executing all levels of exercise training.
  • Experience conducting in‑depth research on specific exercise operations, lessons learned, and newly developed TTPs used in the development of Master Scenario Events List (MSEL) or simulation control injects.
  • Experience developing requirements for exercise events.
  • Experience identifying and tracking observations and lessons learned from training and exercise events across the Joint Force for resolution.
  • Experience serving as the subject matter expert and managing planning, organizing, and coordinating for drill and exercise programs related to cyberspace operations in joint exercises.
  • Experience contributing to both designing and planning exercises by preparing and disseminating products such as exercise plans, controller/evaluator handbooks, MSEL, player briefings, After Action Reports/Corrective Action Plans, etc.
