Position Overview

As an information security specialist, you will lead the implementation of security solutions for our clients, supporting their efforts to protect their business. You will be part of an international team of specialists helping clients with complex information security needs and contributing to their business resilience. You will work with our Advanced Security Centers to access sophisticated tools to combat cybercrime.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and discover the latest security vulnerabilities, attend security conferences, and share knowledge through various channels.
• Build comprehensive vulnerability management solutions tailored to client needs and assist in developing EY’s vulnerability management services.

Skills and Attributes for Success

• Develop rapport and deliver quality client services.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and evaluate client vulnerability management programs.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and control evaluations.
• Familiarity with security standards like ISO 27001-2, PCI DSS, NIST, etc.
• Operational experience with vulnerability scanning tools (e.g., Qualys, Rapid7, Tenable).
• Experience with vulnerability prioritization platforms and patch management tools.
• Ability to evaluate tools, conduct root cause analysis, and assess exploitability and impact.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and project management skills.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience or Master’s with 3+ years.
• Experience with security standards and vulnerability management tools.
• Understanding of operating systems, cloud concepts, and networking fundamentals.
• Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior consulting experience, CISSP or similar certification.
• Experience in OT, Cloud/Container environments, Penetration Testing, and Application Security.
• Scripting experience (e.g., Python) and regulatory knowledge.
