Role Description

As an information security specialist, you will lead security solution implementations for clients, supporting their efforts to safeguard their business. You will be part of an international team of experts addressing complex security challenges and enhancing business resilience, utilizing advanced tools to combat cybercrime.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and share the latest security vulnerabilities, participate in conferences, and publish thought leadership to stay relevant.
• Develop and deliver tailored vulnerability management programs for clients, collaborating with EY leadership to enhance service offerings.

Skills and Attributes for Success

• Build relationships, deliver quality client service, monitor project progress, manage risks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Stay informed about industry trends and evaluate client vulnerability programs across people, process, and technology.
• Perform vulnerability assessments, familiarity with security standards (ISO 27001-2, PCI DSS, NIST, etc.), and hands-on experience with scanning and prioritization tools (Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, etc.).
• Evaluate vulnerability management tools, conduct root cause analysis, and assess exploitability and impact risks.
• Understand cybersecurity concepts, assist in project management, and communicate technical issues clearly to diverse audiences.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field, with 4+ years of experience, or Master’s degree with 3+ years.
• Experience with security standards, vulnerability management tools, operating systems, cloud concepts, and networking fundamentals.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills, with a willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior consulting experience, certifications like CISSP, experience in OT, cloud, penetration testing, application security, scripting, and regulatory sectors.
