Job summary

ITS, LLC is seeking a Cybersecurity Trainer to design and deliver training programs educating individuals and organizations on threats and best practices. You will assess client needs and develop customized solutions to protect systems and data from cyber-attacks.

The role requires 3+ years in cybersecurity, excellent communication and presentation skills, and an ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE. Collaboration with subject matter experts will be important to ensure relevant, up-to-date content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years hands-on experience in cybersecurity.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Active SECRET CLEARANCE.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver cybersecurity training programs to individuals and organizations.
• Assess client needs and develop customized training solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats and best practices.
• Collaborate with other trainers and subject matter experts to develop training materials.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
