Job summary

You will create user guides, reference manuals, capability training materials, SOPs, and briefings for both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring documentation remains up-to-date and reusable across teams. Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and data scientists to own documentation workflows, templates, and routing processes, leveraging Confluence

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in a quantitative discipline or related field.
• 7+ years of technical writing experience on complex programs.
• Experience creating user guides, reference manuals, SOPs, and briefings for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ownership of documentation workflows and template creation.
• Experience with Confluence and cybersecurity domain knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain documentation for technical programs (user guides, reference manuals, SOPs, reports).
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, system/software engineers, test engineers, and analysts.
• Own routing and updating of documentation to support knowledge management and workflows.
