Job summary

TJ Consulting Group seeks a Cybersecurity Systems Analyst, Intermediate, to work at Hurlburt Field, FL. The role requires a United States Citizenship and an active TS/SCI DoD Security Clearance.

You will perform RMF assessment and A&A coordination, and advise customers on controls, risks, and mitigation actions to ensure secure network operations. Responsibilities include tracking A&A status for SIE governed ISs, preparing ATO/IATT/ATC packages, and collaborating with DISA, USCYBERCOM, and other

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive, relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with the US Combatant Commands (USCENTCOM/USSOCOM) is desired.
• Technical background with system administration experience, architecture and engineering preferred
• Technical background in networking, identity management, Microsoft and Linux operating systems, database, and mobility
• Working knowledge of the RMF.
• Knowledge of the Telos Xacta or Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Services (eMASS) system is desired.
• Must have excellent communications skill (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge and experience with DoD IA processes and policies (e.g., DODI 8510.01, NIST, CNSS and other cybersecurity policies).
• Extensive eMASS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Tracks A&A status of SIE governed ISs and maintains artifacts in USSOCOM tools.
• Advises stakeholders on adequacy of cybersecurity implementation.
• Provide DoD & IC RMF subject matter expertise and assist with RMF program execution.
• Maintain, track, and validate connected packages and approvals for DISN, cloud, and DIA.
• Develop and maintain documentation for networks, cloud environments, and information systems.
• Review A&A for SIE networks, cloud environments, systems, and devices to obtain ATO/IATT/ATC.
• Perform risk and vulnerability assessments and prepare risk assessment reports for authorities.
• Assist with enforcement of A&A and DoD/IC connection standards.
• Track and maintain A&A databases, websites, and tools for documentation.
• Report compliance to higher HQs (USCYBERCOM, DIA) as required.
• Provide ISCM planning for ongoing security awareness and risk management.
• Coordinate with USCYBERCOM, DoD, DIA, NSA, and others to resolve security issues.
• Perform security authorization and assessments of IT systems and policies.
