Job summary

DTCC in Jersey City is seeking an Executive Director of Cybersecurity Strategy and Business Management to advise the CISO and lead the cybersecurity strategy, operating plan, and governance.

You will coordinate portfolio management, financial planning, workforce strategy, and executive reporting, aligning cyber risk mitigation with business objectives across Technology, Risk, and Operations. This role drives accountability and strategic execution in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of cybersecurity, technology, strategy, or related leadership experience.
• Experience supporting senior executives and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong governance, portfolio management, and financial acumen.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of the Cybersecurity strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Partner with the CISO to define objectives and measure performance.
• Translate priorities into actionable plans, metrics, and reporting.
• Oversee governance, portfolio management, and risk mitigation.
• Prepare materials for Board, executives, regulators, and clients.
• Manage cybersecurity budget planning and investment governance.
• Lead workforce planning and organizational design for Cybersecurity.
