Job summary

Nightwing seeks a Special Projects Technical Writer to support a U.S. Government customer in Arlington, VA, 100% on-site. The role focuses on drafting SOPs, WIs, briefings, and other documentation, and involves technical edits of Threat Branch outputs, meeting minutes, and planning support.

Qualified candidates will hold U.S. citizenship with an active TS/SCI clearance, be able to obtain DHS suitability, and have a Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years of relevant writing experience.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• 5+ years of technical writing experience.
• Experience with cybersecurity communications deliverables.
• Experience creating/governing government records.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare SOPs, WIs, briefings and similar documentation.
• Provide technical edits to unclassified and classified Threat Branch documentation.
• Capture and transmit meeting minutes with action items and deadlines.
• Assist Action Officers with meeting planning and logistics.
