Job summary

Interclypse, Inc. in Maryland seeks a senior cybersecurity leader to drive the implementation of robust security solutions and the advancement of Zero Trust architectures. You will lead AI-enabled threat detection initiatives and mentor teams across_security disciplines across state projects.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, incident response guidance, and collaboration with engineering and operations to protect critical systems within Interclypse’s growth mindset culture.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• General Experience: At least eight (8) years in systems engineering, network administration, or cybersecurity.
• Specialized Experience: At least five (5) years managing security engineering projects and leading responses during major cybersecurity incidents.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical leadership for the implementation and optimization of cybersecurity solutions.
• Drives the operationalization of Zero Trust architectures and the integration of AI and automation to enhance threat detection.
• Serves as a subject matter expert for security engineering and architecture services.

Interclypse is supporting several Maryland state agencies in the modernization and sustainment of critical systems. All positions are required to be on-site at various locations in Maryland.
