Interclypse is supporting several Maryland state agencies in the modernization and sustainment of critical systems. This exciting opportunity provides candidates with the ability to contribute to the long-term health and success of the state while continuing to learn and grow professionally within Interclypse’s growth mindset culture.
All positions are required to be on-site at various locations in Maryland.
Position Summary: Provides technical leadership for the implementation and optimization of cybersecurity solutions. Drives the operationalization of Zero Trust architectures and the integration of AI and automation to enhance threat detection. Serves as a subject matter expert for security engineering and architecture services.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
General Experience: At least eight (8) years of experience in systems engineering, network administration, or cybersecurity.
Specialized Experience: At least five (5) years of experience managing security engineering projects and leading technical responses during major cybersecurity incidents. NOTE: The Senior role can also serve as a lead.
