Other Possible Locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Plano, TX; Santa Clara, CA

Travel Requirement: Up to 40%

Preferred Background: Professionals from Big 4 consulting firms are highly desirable

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Cybersecurity Segment Head to drive the end-to-end cybersecurity business for the LSHCERU business unit in the U.S. geography. This strategic leadership role demands experience in managing a $25M–$50M cybersecurity portfolio, consistently driving 10% quarterly growth, leading cybersecurity solutions, and managing enterprise-scale delivery while interfacing with executive-level clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the U.S. cybersecurity business operations.
  • Drive quarterly revenue growth (target: 10% QoQ).
  • Build a sales pipeline in partnership with geo sales teams and client partners.
  • Own and grow a cybersecurity portfolio between $25M–$50M.
  • Drive solutioning for large-scale managed security services (MSSP) opportunities.
  • Lead cross-functional delivery teams ensuring high client satisfaction.
  • Enable and train account and sales teams in security offering go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop and manage C-level client relationships.
  • Deliver thought leadership on emerging cyber trends and evolving threat landscapes.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
  • 15–25 years of experience in cybersecurity roles, including:
  • Minimum 15 years in cybersecurity business development, pre-sales, or solutioning.
  • Demonstrated leadership in handling portfolios of $25M–$50M+.
  • Strong working knowledge in IAM, Zero Trust Architecture, Vulnerability Management, etc.
  • Hands-on experience designing or managing enterprise security services.
  • Experience managing delivery for multiple large accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills for CxO engagement.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, cyber regulations, and service delivery.
Educational & Certification Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISA, CISM, SABSA, ISSAP, Cloud Security Architect.
