Job summary

Spry Methods is seeking a Project Analyst to manage integrated project plans, coordinate RMF, A&A, and ATO activities, and maintain security documentation for DoD missions. You will prepare SARs/RARs, deliver executive reports, and support stakeholder communications in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a relevant field, a CompTIA Security+ certification, and 3 years of experience with federal IT and cybersecurity compliance.

Qualifications

  • Public Trust clearance eligibility required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related discipline. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
  • CompTIA Security+ certification required.
  • 3 years of experience in project/program management, cybersecurity compliance, or federal IT initiatives.
  • Experience with A&A, RMF, and ATO processes.
  • Experience developing schedules, reports, briefings, and technical docs.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint.
  • Must be able to travel to customer site up to two days a week.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, risks, issues, action items, and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate RMF, A&A, and ATO activities with ISSOs, system owners, security teams, stakeholders, and assessors.
  • Prepare, maintain, and review SARs, RARs, SAPs, ATO letters, waiver memos, SOPs, templates, and briefing materials.
  • Develop executive reports, dashboards, status updates, and presentations on project health and authorization activity.
  • Facilitate meetings, set agendas, document decisions, and coordinate follow-ups with stakeholders.
  • Ensure documentation complies with regulatory and cybersecurity requirements throughout the lifecycle.
  • Analyze program performance, provide leadership recommendations, track KPIs, and support planning.
  • Identify process improvements and best practices for program execution and cybersecurity.
  • Draft official correspondence supporting authorization, compliance, and program management.
  • Provide ad hoc project, program, cybersecurity, and admin support as needed.
