Job summary

Integral Federal, Inc. seeks a Cybersecurity/RMF Engineer to provide hands-on security and RMF support for the JPES/JCRM Agile/DevSecOps team.

You will partner with developers, cloud/infrastructure engineers, testers, and the IA Lead to identify, remediate, validate, and document security findings throughout the software lifecycle. The role requires DoD RMF and NIST 800-53 experience, STIG and vulnerability-assessment skills, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years cybersecurity/RMF experience.
• DoD RMF and NIST 800-53 experience.
• STIG and vulnerability-assessment experience.
• POA&M and security-evidence experience.
• Ability to collaborate with developers, DevSecOps engineers, and system admins.
• U.S. citizenship and required Secret eligibility.

Overview

Integral Federal is seeking a Cybersecurity / RMF Engineer to provide hands‑on cybersecurity and RMF support to the JPES/JCRM Agile/DevSecOps team. The engineer works closely with developers, DevSecOps personnel, cloud/infrastructure engineers, testers, and the IA Lead to identify, remediate, validate, and document security findings throughout the software lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 4+ years cybersecurity/RMF experience.
• DoD RMF and NIST 800-53 experience.
• STIG and vulnerability‑assessment experience.
• POA&M and security‑evidence experience.
• Ability to work effectively with software developers, DevSecOps engineers, and system administrators.
• U.S. citizenship and required Secret eligibility

Preferred:

• DISA experience.
• eMASS.
• ACAS/SCAP.
• Fortify, SAST/DAST, or other application‑security tools.
• Java/software‑development environment experience.
• Kubernetes/container or classified‑cloud familiarity.

Salary range: $110,000-$140,000

This position is in the proposal stage. The above salary range represents a general guideline. Integral Federal considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers, such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and/or discretionary bonuses in addition to base pay.
