Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Americas seeks a Cybersecurity Risk and Compliance Manager in New Haven, CT. The role leads the divisional cyber risk program, reporting to the division CISO, and partners across functions to identify, analyze, and treat risk.

You will build dashboards, define KPIs/KRIs, and ensure policies align with ISO27001 and NIST standards while collaborating with legal and HR to enforce compliance.

Qualifications

• Professional certification in information security (CISM or CISSP) is required or highly preferred.
• Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, PCI-DSS, Patriot Act, and critical infrastructure regulations.
• Experience implementing ISMS in a enterprise, global context.

Responsibilities

• Establish divisional cyber risk governance and reporting structures.
• Maintain divisional cyber risk register and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Define, monitor and report KPIs and KRIs for information security compliance.
• Collaborate with IT, legal, and HR to enforce standards and regulations.
• Develop and implement policies based on ISO27001 and NIST frameworks.
• Lead risk assessments with business functions and translate risks into controls.
