Job summary

AHEAD builds platforms for digital business and seeks a Project Manager to oversee cybersecurity engagements focused on identity, data security, and access controls. You will plan, coordinate, and deliver engagements with scope, schedule, and budget management, ensuring high-quality outcomes aligned to project plans.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management and planning experience.
• Excellent organizational, presentation, analytical, written, and verbal skills.
• Strong ability to manage client expectations across scope, schedule, budget, and satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.
• Experience managing cybersecurity, IAM, or data security projects in consulting, services, or enterprise IT.
• Familiarity with CNAPP, CWPP, DSPM; cloud hypervisors like AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Familiarity with IAM, MFA, SSO, RBAC, SoD, secret management concepts.
• Familiarity with data security concepts including DSPM, DLP, governance.
• Ability to manage stakeholders through risk, compliance, and control decisions.
• Experience creating executive-ready status reports and client-facing documents.
• Preferred: PMP, CSM, ITIL, Security+, CISSP or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Act as engagement lead on customer cybersecurity projects.
• Plan, monitor, appraise, and review project objectives and roles.
• Enforce policies and procedures for each project.
• Forecast requirements, quote services, schedule expenditures, and manage budget.
• Lead delivery of cybersecurity projects across identity, access, and data protection.
• Coordinate execution across consultants, engineers, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Maintain RAID logs, dependencies, change control, and status reporting.
• Drive governance cadences, risk reviews, and steering updates.
• Ensure compliance with delivery standards and quality gates.
