Job Title: Cybersecurity Project Manager

Location: Rosemead, CA – Onsite

Job Type: Contract-W2

Pay Rate: $66 – $77/hr on W2

Base pay range

$66.00/hr – $77.00/hr

Role Summary

The Cybersecurity Program & Metrics Analyst will act as a central point of contact for Cybersecurity Engineering program reporting and performance measurement. This role will support program governance, performance dashboards, investment tracking, and business value assessments across cybersecurity initiatives. The analyst will collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to align cybersecurity investments, initiatives, and operations to enterprise standards and controls.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as primary reporting contact for cybersecurity engineering metrics and program performance.
Evaluate new cybersecurity initiatives and data sources, supporting ROI and value‑realization analysis across people, processes, and technology.
Provide oversight and consolidate status reporting for in‑flight and upcoming cybersecurity program activities.
Support alignment of cybersecurity projects to capabilities, standards, controls, and strategic roadmap.
Design, develop, and publish operational, performance, and risk‑reduction dashboards.
Facilitate program development and cross‑team workshops with cybersecurity, IT, and business units.
Apply advanced process engineering methodologies to define delivery metrics, KPIs, and critical success factors.
Develop financial models including cost‑benefit analyses, total cost of ownership, earned value, and cost‑value metrics.

Required Qualifications

7+ years managing IT projects/programs.
High School Diploma or Equivalent (Minimum).

Desired Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics, or IT‑related discipline.
Experience with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, MITRE, or similar.
Professional certifications preferred: PMP and/or CISSP, ITIL certification.
