Job description

Who we are looking for

We are seeking an experienced and execution-focused Cybersecurity Program Delivery Manager to lead delivery coordination across a dynamic portfolio of cybersecurity initiatives. This role requires a professional who brings a strong sense of urgency, takes full ownership of program outcomes, and can rapidly ramp into complex delivery environments.

As a key member of the Cyber Delivery Office, you will work alongside project managers, workstream owners, and risk leaders to ensure high-priority initiatives are delivered on track, risks are mitigated quickly, and issues are resolved with clear accountability. The right candidate will be hands-on, adaptable, and confident operating in fast-moving, enterprise-scale environments.

What you will be responsible for

  • Serve as the delivery execution partner across a portfolio of cybersecurity workstreams (e.g., Identity, Vulnerability, Cloud, Access)
  • Monitor milestones, risks, and cross-functional dependencies; take proactive ownership of delivery challenges
  • Ensure consistent and timely reporting, including progress dashboards, issue logs, and escalation summaries
  • Maintain deep visibility into active risk findings, supporting remediation alignment and progress tracking
  • Partner with control SMEs to ensure remediation actions map to relevant security frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF)
  • Work closely with governance and reporting leads to ensure traceability, transparency, and executive-readiness
  • Act as a Cyber Delivery liaison for key integration efforts, including M&A work across business and technical streams
  • Provide insight into emerging transformation themes (e.g., AI, automation) and their impact on delivery models

What we value

These skills will help you succeed in this role

  • 5–10 years of program or delivery management experience in cybersecurity or complex technology environments
  • Proven success leading multi-workstream execution portfolios in time-sensitive, regulated environments
  • Deep familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO, or equivalent and/or Cyber Controls.
  • Prior experience working on cyber remediation efforts, findings management, or risk-based control delivery
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to engage across technical and business teams
  • Strong working knowledge of delivery tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to operate with a high degree of urgency, own outcomes fully, and thrive in ambiguity
  • Comfortable representing delivery status to senior stakeholders and cross-functional leadership

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting cybersecurity aspects of M&A, due diligence, or integration programs
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity risk frameworks and GRC processes
  • Awareness of trends such as AI, regulatory modernization, and third-party risk management
  • Bachelor's degree in cyber security, or related technical discipline
