Job summary

Cylake is seeking a Product Designer to shape the user experience across our cybersecurity platform. You will work across our product portfolio, from analyst workflows to administrative controls and executive dashboards, partnering with design, engineering, and product teams to extend our design system and raise the bar on usability and visual polish as the platform grows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating both interaction and visual design excellence.
• Experience designing complex, data-heavy enterprise software for technical domains (e.g., security, developer tools, observability)
• Experience contributing to and evolving design systems, component libraries, and design patterns across complex product surfaces
• Ability to work autonomously in ambiguous, fast-moving startup environments and make principled design decisions with incomplete information
• Regularly seeks out feedback, from users, teammates, and other stakeholders, and uses it to sharpen and reshape their work
• Strong visual design skills, with attention to typography, color systems, spacing, and creating polished, professional interfaces
• Comfortable prototyping in code or generative AI tools
