Cybersecurity & Privacy - Cybersecurity Engineering Operational Technology – Senior – Technology Consulting

In a rapidly evolving OT environment, clients seek our trusted solutions for complex risks and vulnerabilities. As part of our Cybersecurity team, you’ll help clients understand and secure their operational environments by designing infrastructure, processes, and policies tailored to their OT cybersecurity needs. Your technical and business skills will impact cybersecurity on a global scale.

The opportunity

As a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer, you will design, develop, and manage cybersecurity solutions, protect sensitive data, and enhance organizational resilience. You will lead projects, contribute to business development, and work with industry professionals using the latest tools to address critical security issues.

Your key responsibilities

• Leading cybersecurity deliverables design and execution
• Participating in and potentially leading client sessions and workstreams
• Identifying service opportunities and contributing to RFPs
• Monitoring project status, resources, and budgets

Skills and attributes for success

• Strong technical and business foundation, with effective communication skills
• Knowledge of current security trends and industry practices
• Experience in delivering cross-segment solutions in industries like O&G, P&U, Pharma, Manufacturing, etc.
• Leadership in cross-competency teams and client advocacy in OT/IoT markets
• Understanding of security architecture design, system administration, threat hunting, and strategic problem-solving

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 2-4 years of experience
• Proficiency in change management, coding, and technical writing
• Effective client communication and digital fluency
• Operational industry experience and knowledge of NIST CSF and OT cybersecurity assessments
• Firewall review experience, understanding industrial protocols, network security, and process mapping
• Valid driver’s license and passport, willingness to travel (40-60%)

Preferred qualifications

• Proven track record in cybersecurity solutions delivery
• Mentorship skills, continuous professional development, strong presentation skills
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, GICSP), program management experience, knowledge of OT cybersecurity frameworks like NIST 800-82 or ISA62443
