Job summary

Enterprise Solutions and Management (ESM) seeks a Cybersecurity Policy Analyst to support an enterprise-level program within a federal environment. You will review, consolidate, and develop cybersecurity policy with government approval, balancing security and operational requirements.

The role requires in-depth knowledge of government cybersecurity requirements, the ability to brief senior management, and the capacity to guide programs on policy matters.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cybersecurity policies, standards, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to develop, review, and consolidate cybersecurity policies and procedures.
• Experience with government cybersecurity requirements and policy development processes.
• Ability to assess IT policies to balance security and operational requirements.
• Ability to provide technical guidance to programs on cybersecurity policy matters.
• Ability to communicate cybersecurity policy changes to senior management.
