Job summary

Markesman Group in the United States seeks a cybersecurity policy specialist to review, consolidate, develop, and maintain policies in coordination with Government stakeholders. You will assess IT and cybersecurity standards, ensuring alignment with mission requirements.

The role requires interpreting DoD policies, guiding program teams, and providing technical support. You will brief senior leadership on policy changes and support organizational compliance with DoD requirements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant cybersecurity policy experience
• Experience supporting DoD implementation of cybersecurity policies, procedures, and processes
• Ability to interpret technical cybersecurity requirements and translate them into policy guidance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to brief senior Government and organizational leadership
• DoD Top Secret clearance
• Eligible for IT-I Critical Sensitive / Tier 5 (T5)
• Personnel assigned as members of CERT must maintain CSSP Analyst certification
