Job summary

Electrosoft Services, LLC is seeking a Cybersecurity Policy Analyst to review, consolidate, and develop cybersecurity policy with government-approved guidance. You will assess IT policies, standards, guidelines, or procedures to balance security with operational needs. The role requires seven years of policy experience, DoD policy expertise, and active Top Secret clearance; eligibility for IT-I/Tier 5 is also considered. You will brief senior management on policy updates and progress.

Qualifications

• Seven (7) years of relevant cybersecurity policy experience.
• Experience supporting the DoD implementation of cybersecurity policies, procedures, and processes.
• DOD Top Secret Clearance and eligibility for IT-I Critical Sensitive or Tier 5 (T5).

Cybersecurity Policy Analyst

Reviews, consolidates, and develops with government approval cybersecurity policy in accordance with requirements. Provides technical support and assistance to programs and assesses IT policies, standards, guidelines, or procedures to ensure a balance of security and operational requirements. Briefs senior management on cybersecurity policy changes, updates, and progress.

• Seven (7) years of relevant cybersecurity policy experience
• Experienced in the general tenets supporting the overall DOD implementation of its cybersecurity policies, procedures, and process.
• DOD TOP SECRET Clearance and be eligible for an IT-I Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 5 (T5).
• Any team member of CERT will maintain CSSP Analyst certification.

The actual base salary offered will be determined based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant years and depth of experience, skills and qualifications, education, certifications, internal equity, and the specific requirements of the position. Candidates should not assume they will be offered the top of the posted range, as compensation is based on the individual qualifications and overall fit for the role.

Salary Range

$140,000 - $150,000 USD
