Job summary

Interclypse, Inc. in Maryland seeks a Cybersecurity Administrator to support day-to-day administration of cybersecurity platforms such as EDR and SIEM. You will work under the guidance of senior administrators to help monitor, patch, and update service components.

This on-site role requires an associate degree and at least two years in a computer-related field, with responsibilities including problem solving, documentation, and ensuring security posture.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a computer-related field is required.
• An associate’s degree in a technical discipline is preferred.
• Experience administering multi-user systems and networks is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administration of cybersecurity platforms (EDR, SIEM).
• Assist with user account management, system monitoring, patching, and updates.
• Troubleshoot, resolve service issues, and maintain documentation.

Interclypse is supporting several Maryland state agencies in the modernization and sustainment of critical systems. All positions are required to be on-site at various locations in Maryland.

Position Summary

Provides support for day-to-day administration of identified cybersecurity platforms (e.g., EDR, SIEM). Assists with user account management, system monitoring, patching, and updating service components under the guidance of senior administrators. Helps troubleshoot and resolve service issues and maintain service documentation.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

Education: An associate’s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or other related technical discipline is preferred. An additional year of specialized experience may be substituted for the required education.

General Experience: Two (2) years of experience in a computer-related field.

Specialized Experience: At least one (1) year of experience administering multi-user, shared processor systems and data communications networks.
