D&H Distributing is seeking an experienced IT Security Manager to lead a team of security technicians in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will set strategic direction, manage day-to-day operations, and drive security programs across networks, endpoints, and applications.

Responsibilities include architecting security solutions, overseeing PCI compliance, administering SIEM and security tooling, and collaborating with business units and executives to reduce risk while enabling

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business (or Management), Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• 5+ years of IT Security experience.
• Knowledge of the distribution industry.
• Knowledge of the Windows operating environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security controls for the company.
• Manage a team of IT security team members.
• Architect new security technologies.
• Assign and track run and project tasks to team members.
• Provide training and experience to junior team members.
• Maintain PCI compliance of the organization.
• Maintain a vulnerability management program and remediation.
• Build IT security policy, procedures and standards.
