Job summary

NAES is seeking a Cybersecurity Administrator to maintain and improve the company’s security posture across its systems and networks. You will monitor alerts, respond to incidents, and coordinate remediation with IT and compliance teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Information Security or related field with several years of cybersecurity experience, plus relevant certifications such as CISSP or Security+.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Security or related field with 2–3 years of security experience; or 5 years in a related field.
• Three years of cybersecurity experience.
• CompTIA Security+, CISSP or equivalent certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Administer Cybersecurity Systems and implement changes as directed by the Cybersecurity manager.
• Monitor security alerts and logs to identify threats and vulnerabilities.
• Investigate incidents, perform impact analysis, and coordinate responses.
• Conduct threat intelligence analysis and recommend security improvements.
• Investigate breaches, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Assist in vulnerability identification, assessment, and remediation support.
• Collaborate with IT, compliance, and other departments to enforce security.
• Maintain documentation of incidents and provide regular security reports.
• Help develop and enforce security policies and best practices.
• Assist in security awareness training for employees.
