Job summary

SWBC is seeking a talented undergraduate intern to gain hands-on experience across security, risk, compliance, and resilience. You will work with experienced professionals in a regulated financial services environment and focus on identity and access management, GRC activities, and security operations.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Foundational understanding of cybersecurity, information technology, or risk and compliance concepts.
• Strong interest in cybersecurity, governance, risk management, compliance, audit readiness, and information protection.

Responsibilities

• Process access requests and review queue activities.
• Support security compliance initiatives, audits, evidence collection, and documentation.
• Assist with tickets, project tasks, follow-up actions, and admin activities related to information security programs.
• Collaborate with Governance, Risk and Compliance, Identity & Access Management, Security Operations, and other teams to support business and security objectives.
• Learn and apply SWBC security policies, standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
