Job summary

BCM One is seeking Fall/Winter Interns to gain hands-on experience in governance, risk, and compliance within a global tech environment. The Security GRC Intern role involves supporting vendor assessments, compliance documentation, and risk registers while collaborating with security, privacy, and legal teams.

You'll be exposed to regulatory frameworks, third-party risk management, and business continuity considerations across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Rising senior pursuing a degree in a related field (Cyber Security, IT, Information Systems, Business, Law, Risk/Compliance)
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to analyze information and document findings clearly
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Professionalism and discretion with confidential information

Responsibilities

• Support third-party risk management activities, including vendor assessments and tracking remediation actions
• Research security, privacy, compliance, and business continuity requirements and prepare summaries
• Assist with maintaining governance documentation, including policies and procedures
• Support audit readiness activities and evidence collection for compliance certifications
• Help organize and maintain information security and compliance records and reporting materials
• Identify opportunities to improve GRC processes and efficiency
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Information Security, IT, Privacy, Legal, and Operations teams
