Job summary

The United States Senate Sergeant at Arms is seeking a Cybersecurity Branch Manager – Operations to lead 20–40 cybersecurity professionals across CSOC, Incident Response, and Threat Hunt functions. You will report to the Deputy CISO and ensure 24/7 detection coverage, incident response operations, and maturation of threat-hunting programs to protect critical legislative information.

Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance and be prepared for a hybrid work schedule

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Development: Directly manage and develop a team of 20–40 CSOC, Incident Response, and Threat Hunt professionals.
• Security Operations Oversight: Own 24/7 CSOC operations, detection coverage, alert triage, and escalation processes.
• Incident Response Management: Lead the organization’s response to significant security incidents.
