Job summary

Maximus seeks a cybersecurity support professional to coordinate enterprise actions across multiple teams and drive timely execution of remediation and reporting. You will maintain dashboards, scorecards, and compliance artifacts while collaborating with security and operations teams.

The role requires three+ years in cybersecurity support, governance, or IT service management, with strong documentation and multi-team coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of cybersecurity support, program operations, or IT service management.
• Experience supporting cybersecurity operations, governance, or program support.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and track actions.
• Experience supporting POA&M tracking or remediation.
• Ability to produce and maintain reporting artifacts and metrics.
• Strong documentation skills for auditability.
• Familiarity with security operations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate enterprise cybersecurity actions across technical teams and service areas.
• Track and manage cybersecurity activities with timely action execution.
• Assist in administering POA&M processes and remediation documentation.
• Develop monthly scorecards and stakeholder status updates.
• Coordinate with security personnel to align actions and deliverables.
• Document all cybersecurity activities to support audits and compliance.
• Support escalation tracking and remediation across teams.
• Analyze operational data to support visibility into risk posture.
• Maintain records and artifacts per governance requirements.
• Identify gaps to improve tracking, coordination, and reporting.
