As a key leader within the Cybersecurity organization, this role will manage the PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) team with a focus on delivering scalable certificate automation solutions across the Home Depot enterprise. The ideal candidate will bring strong people leadership, project management expertise, and a solid understanding of technical systems to guide the team’s efforts in supporting applications and devices enterprise-wide.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and analysts responsible for certificate lifecycle automation and data integration.
- Drive strategic initiatives to improve service delivery and operational efficiency for platforms issuing and managing certificates.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with infrastructure, application, and security teams to align certificate services with enterprise needs.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery timelines, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into actionable plans.
- Support team development through coaching, performance management, and career growth opportunities.
- Deliver execution, plan and align priorities; develop others by guiding across teams to reduce vulnerabilities, manage incidents, and ensure objectives and deliverables are met.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in people management and leading technical teams.
- Familiarity with PKI concepts, certificate management platforms, and cybersecurity principles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to balance technical oversight with strategic leadership.

- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
