Job summary

NLACRC is seeking a Cyber Security Manager in Chatsworth, CA to lead the enterprise security program and align it with the organization’s mission. You will define security strategy, governance, and risk management while collaborating with IT leadership to mature security across on-premises and cloud environments.

The role requires safeguarding critical information assets, driving policy enforcement, and coordinating audits, third-party assessments, and incident investigations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7+ years in cybersecurity, risk, or information security (healthcare preferred).
• 4+ years of leadership experience managing teams and programs.
• 5+ years of hands-on HIPAA compliance experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise cybersecurity strategy and program leadership.
• Develop a multi-year cybersecurity roadmap with measurable outcomes.
• Oversee ISO 27001 certification readiness, audits, and continuous improvement.
• Lead HITRUST and HIPAA compliance efforts and audit readiness.
• Coordinate incident response, RCA, and remediation across the organization.
• Drive security governance, risk management, and policy development.
