Job Summary:
The Cybersecurity Manager is responsible for leading all cybersecurity and information assurance activities supporting Department of Defense programs. This position provides technical and managerial oversight for cybersecurity operations, Risk Management Framework (RMF) implementation, system authorization and accreditation, vulnerability management, continuous monitoring, and regulatory compliance. The Cybersecurity Manager ensures enterprise information systems remain compliant with DoD cybersecurity requirements while protecting critical mission systems against cyber threats.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Basic Qualifications:
Must be a U.S. Citizen. Active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance required.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience in information security with a strong working knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) and Federal Government cybersecurity, information assurance, security policies, and procedures.
Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience leading and managing cybersecurity teams supporting enterprise IT environments.
Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience implementing and supporting the Risk Management Framework (RMF).
Demonstrated experience performing DoD system authorization, accreditation, security assessments, and cybersecurity compliance activities.

Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience accrediting systems utilizing:
Required Certifications:
Valid, current certification/training for eMASS.
Valid, current certification/training for HBSS.
Valid, current certification/training for ACAS.
Valid, current certification for Microsoft Windows Administration.
Valid, current certification for Linux Administration.
Current DoD 8570.01-M IAM Level III Certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
Work Location: On-site support.
Compensation: $92,805 - $139,150. The salary range posted is for Washington, DC. The offered rate will be based on contract affordability, the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience, and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation:
KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
