Job summary

3Core Systems, Inc. is seeking a Cybersecurity Lead in the West Palm Beach area to drive the company’s security strategy and governance across product security, cloud and enterprise environments.

The role requires coordinating with engineering, IT and operations to embed security throughout the organization. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of cybersecurity leadership, experience with AWS/Azure/Google Cloud, and strong risk and incident response capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of cybersecurity with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience securing enterprise and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).
• Strong knowledge of NIST CSF, CIS Controls, or ISO27001.

Responsibilities

• Develop cybersecurity strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead protection of company and customers against cyber threats.
• Establish secure software development lifecycle practices (SSDLC).
• Ensure security for cloud, on-prem, and hybrid deployments.
• Collaborate with product management on PAM and Zero Trust initiatives.
• Support customer security assessments, security questionnaires, audits and RFP responses.
• Establish security metrics and executive reporting on cyber risk.
• Build relationships with external security researchers, auditors and partners.
