Job summary

Ignite Now is seeking a Cybersecurity Lead to join our team supporting the U.S. Army on Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL. This on-site leadership role directs the organization’s cybersecurity program, RMF/A&A efforts, and continuous monitoring for classified and unclassified systems.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of senior cybersecurity/IA experience, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate across engineering, operations, and security teams. Must hold a TS clearance.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) or more years of cybersecurity/IA policy experience at senior/lead level.
• Experience leading Certification and Accreditation, RMF/A&A, cyber defense compliance, audits, and risk assessments.
• Experience leading control implementation for classified and unclassified systems and networks.
• Strong leadership, audit, technical writing, briefing, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, operate, and improve the contract cybersecurity program.
• Serve as primary cybersecurity/ISSE point of contact and oversee ISSM support.
• Lead RMF planning, categorization, control selection, implementation, and assessment.
• Coordinate ATO/ATC/IATT activities with system owners and engineers.
• Produce and maintain SSPs, PPSM registrations, POA&Ms, and RMF artifacts.
• Direct vulnerability scanning, patch assessment, and risk reporting.
• Integrate security into architecture, software design, and lifecycle management.
• Ensure DoD 8140.03 qualifications for cybersecurity personnel.
