Job summary

Irth Solutions, L.L.C. is seeking a hands-on Cybersecurity Lead to strengthen and oversee our security program. You will translate findings into remediation, lead incident responses, and communicate security posture to customers and leadership.

The role requires 8+ years in cybersecurity with cloud security across AWS/Azure, and experience with CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2. This is a leadership, hands-on position in a SaaS-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in cybersecurity engineering or security operations, including 3+ years leading a program.
• Hands-on cloud security across AWS and Azure with IAM, network protection, logging and audit trails.
• Experience owning vulnerability management end-to-end, triage, remediation, and coordination with engineering teams.
• Proven incident response leadership with clear, timely communications to execs and customers.
• Familiarity with SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, and NIST CSF frameworks, audits, and control ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead vulnerability triage, prioritization, remediation, and tracking across teams.
• Manage incident response lifecycle from detection to post-incident review and communications.
• Own cloud security posture for AWS and Azure, including IAM, access controls, and monitoring.
• Develop and enforce security policies aligned with CSF and ISO 27001; support audits and evidence collection.
• Lead responses to customer security questionnaires and third-party engagements.
