Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, systems engineering, computers, or related field.
• 2+ years of government IT financial or system testing, including ITGC experience.
• Knowledge of DHS policies/guidance, OMB A-123 R-4300A, DHS CEM framework and testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide ITGC testing to develop and execute test plans identifying issues affecting financial risk.
• Assist in designing, implementing, and operating IT controls protecting financial data.
• Support IT benchmarking to demonstrate strong IT internal controls for CFO systems.
