Job Summary

PEO STRI seeks a highly qualified Cybersecurity ISSO with TS-SCI clearance and at least 5 years of experience to support operations in Orlando, FL. The ISSO will ensure secure operations of all information systems, maintain compliance with DoD security standards, and manage risk processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Serve as the primary ISSO for designated systems, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity policies and regulations.
2. Implement, maintain, and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures.
3. Conduct security audits, vulnerability assessments, and system hardening.
4. Maintain and update system authorization packages, including SSP, POA&M, and Risk Assessment Reports.
5. Monitor systems for security breaches and respond accordingly.
6. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure continuous monitoring.
7. Support RMF processes, including system categorization and control implementation.
8. Provide training and security awareness for users.

Required Qualifications

1. Minimum 5 years in cybersecurity, with experience as an ISSO.
2. Active TS-SCI clearance.
3. Knowledge of DoD RMF and cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST).
4. Experience with security controls, vulnerability management, and incident response.
5. Familiarity with security tools such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, encryption, and endpoint protection.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Certifications like CISSP, CAP, Security+ or similar.
2. Experience with DoD or government systems.
3. Strong communication skills.
4. Ability to work independently and lead initiatives.
