Interactive Brokers is offering a Cybersecurity Intern position in Greenwich, CT. This 9-week, on-site program provides hands-on experience across security operations, with mentorship from engineers and exposure to multiple security domains.

You will contribute to protecting critical infrastructure, participate in assessments and testing, and gain practical insight into enterprise cybersecurity within a regulated financial environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.
• Students graduating between Dec 2027 and May 2028 (preferred).
• Have a minimum GPA of 3.5.
• Basic understanding of network and application security concepts.
• Familiarity with common security tools and technologies.
• This internship requires on-site 9-week program commitment.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with our experienced security engineers to design, implement, and maintain cybersecurity solutions
• Own security projects while collaborating with team members for guidance and updates
• Participate in security assessments, vulnerability scanning, and threat monitoring activities
