Mott MacDonald Group invites aspiring engineers to join the 2027 summer internship program, Prelaunch, a three-month development journey in Morristown, NJ designed to build foundational engineering and consulting skills.

You’ll design solutions, conduct site inspections, attend project and client meetings, refine designs, analyze reports, and leverage digital tools to drive sustainable outcomes. This hands-on program emphasizes collaboration and growth within a supportive mentorship network.

Qualifications

• Progress toward a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, or related field.
• Demonstrated interest in your chosen field through previous internships, volunteering opportunities, or organization memberships.
• Creative thinking skills, with a methodical and pragmatic approach to problem solving.
• Proficient communication and presentation skills to engage confidently with clients and colleagues.
• Resilient, solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on continuous growth and delivering value.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships and rapport with internal and external stakeholders.

Individual pay is determined based on several factors such as work location, education, experience, and unique skills.

The expected salary for this position is $18 - $35 /hr.
