Job summary

Arconic Corporation in the United States is seeking a cybersecurity intern to support day-to-day activities of the cybersecurity team, learn threat assessment, and work with senior team members toward independence.

You will gain fundamental knowledge of cybersecurity principles, assist incident response and security engineering, and develop hands-on skills with organization-wide tools in a demanding, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of algorithms, systems analysis and design, database concepts, and networking concepts.
• GPA ≥ 3.0; expected graduation dates in late Fall 2027, Spring/Summer 2028, or Spring/Summer 2029.

Responsibilities

• Follow and execute directives issued by cybersecurity leads and senior employees.
• Support day-to-day activities performed by the cybersecurity team.
• Learn to manage tools and solutions implemented throughout the organization.
• Work with senior team members to learn basic first-line threat assessment and response tasks.
