Job summary

Inmar Intelligence seeks an Information Security intern to gain hands-on experience protecting data, systems, and people. You’ll rotate across security operations, cloud security, IAM, and threat detection while working with engineers and product teams to embed security into technology decisions.

You’ll learn to monitor security information, investigate incidents, and contribute to governance, risk, and compliance efforts.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in cybersecurity or related field with strong analytical skills.
• Foundational knowledge of networking, OS, cloud concepts, or secure software.
• Desire to learn security tooling, incident response, and threat detection.

Responsibilities

• Support security operations, vulnerability management, IAM, and cloud security.
• Help monitor security events, analyze potential threats, and document findings.
• Assist with investigations, risk assessments, and security policy adherence.
• Collaborate with Security, Engineering, DevOps, and Product teams on security initiatives.
• Assist in automating security processes and configurations to improve efficiency.
